Please contact us 12 hours prior if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.
Our cancellation fee is the full amount of your booking.
Cancellations made up to 12 hours before the appointment time will not be charged a cancellation fee.
However our booking system is a prepayment system, you will be charged for a "refund transaction fee" for any refund which is 2.9% + $0.30 of the full amount.
No fee required for Rescheduling.
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, it will be considered a cancellation and may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Session ends as scheduled regardless of your time of arrival. You won’t be able to change your booking to a shorter menu when you are late for the appointment.
Please note: Some of our skilled Head Spa specialists do not provide hair styling services.
If the system shows "not available" for your preferred date, please try the following:
Book your appointment without adding "Blow Dry with Styling" or Select "Hair Dry Only" as an add-on option
